Tan Tekstil started the fabrics production in 1995 and our company has become a fully integrated facility with different departments. These include Yarn Dyeing, Towel and Knitted Fabric Dyeing, Digital Printing, Weaving, Open Width Fabric Dyeing and Finishing departments. All these processes concerning the production of fabrics are carefully carried directly in our factory.
The company has an enclosed area of 75,000 square meters, with a total of 750 qualified employees and high-tech machinery.

With the pollution of water resources, climate changes and population growth, the need of clean environment and water is increasing day by day. As Tan Tekstil, the conscientious use of the environment resources since the first day of our creation is one of the most important parts of our production philosophy.
We dye all yarns from 6/1NE to 200/2NE with reactive and indanthrene dyes in our high-tech yarn dyeing boilers. In addition to 100% cotton yarns, we also dye yarns in various blends such as linen, viscose, tencel, wool, cashmere, cotton-lycra. read more
In this unit, we use Towel and Knitted Fabric Dyeing machines with different capacities. We mainly use 100% cotton and cotton blended knitted fabrics, 100% polyester, cotton-polyester blended, cotton-nylon blended, towels- bathrobes and similar fabrics with tests for free washing. read more
In the weaving department we use PICANOL weaving machines. We produce 800,000 meters per month with 132 weaving looms. In addition, we have 2 sample warping machines and 3 sectional warping machines.
Digital printing technology continues to affect every sector it touches. Considering the fashion trends of recent years, digital printing offers endless options to designers and increase its popularity day by day. read more

Our quality control unit inspects the finished fabrics with an approach based on customer satisfaction. In addition to the internal inspections carried out in all our production units in order to deliver the highest quality fabrics, our final productions are carefully reviewed and approved by our team of quality control experts before shipping to customers.
